Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LOOTR (app.lootr.io), operated by Navaltek Inc. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use LOOTR.

What LOOTR is

LOOTR is an AI-powered opportunity discovery platform. We use our proprietary analysis engine to surface validated business and product opportunities. We provide data, insights, and scores — but ultimately, every business decision is yours.

Your account

• You need a valid email to sign up.
• Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts or create multiple accounts.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use LOOTR.

Plans & pricing

LOOTR offers four tiers:

Prices are in USD. All paid plans are billed through LemonSqueezy. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation & refunds

• You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings or by emailing us.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
• We don't offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel on day 5 of a 30-day cycle, you still have access for the remaining 25 days.
• If something went wrong and you feel a refund is warranted, email us at support@lootr.io. We'll review it on a case-by-case basis.

What you can't do

Don't use LOOTR to:

• Scrape or crawl — don't use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data from our platform.
• Resell our data — our insights are for your personal or internal business use. Don't redistribute, resell, or republish them.
• Abuse the system — don't try to exploit, hack, or overload our infrastructure.
• Impersonate others — don't create accounts under false identities.
• Violate laws — don't use LOOTR for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

Intellectual property

• LOOTR's technology, algorithms, data analysis methods, scoring systems, and all content generated by our platform are owned by Navaltek Inc.
• Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use our platform and view the insights we provide.
• You may use the opportunities and insights for your own business decisions. You may not claim them as your own research or redistribute them commercially.

Important disclaimer

Limitation of liability

LOOTR is provided "as is." We work hard to keep things accurate and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that every data point will be perfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navaltek Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LOOTR — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as LOOTR evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use LOOTR after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
